SHIPPING TIMES
Here at ROOP we operate on a mainly made to order basis. Once your order has been received please allow up to 5 working days for your item(s) to be made with love and shipped out to you. Sometimes we will have products that are ready made, please allow up to 2 working days for these to be shipped out to you.
All items will have ‘made to order’ or ‘ready to ship’ in their product descriptions. If you are unsure or would like to discuss getting an item sooner please do not hesitate to get in touch.
PRE ORDERS
Pre order items will have their shipping date or an estimated wait time in their product description. If this information changes we will contact you to give you an updated time frame, and of course you can always get in touch to discuss the status of your order or if you have any questions about a product.

ROOP ships worldwide!
Brexit now means that European customers may be charged Duty and Tax. Please be aware that you are responsible for all import fees.
EU shipping is changing soon </3
International parcels will go through customs to be checked and also to see if they incur import fees, These charges will vary depending where the parcel has been sent. If you have any questions about your local import fees and rules we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number in. If this tracking number doesn’t work or you can’t find your email, please get in touch as soon as you can- hello@itsrooper.co.uk
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I hope you’re in love with your new ROOP. Everything is lovingly and carefully handmade to order in our studio so please be sure before you purchase as I'm unable to offer returns.
I am more than happy to answer any queries you may have before purchasing!
If you’re not totally satisfied, please get in touch within 14 days to discuss why and of course I'll be more than happy to help.
If an exchange is possible there is a £10 charge plus postage, as all our items are handmade to order.
INCORRECT ORDER OR ADDRESS
We will not be responsible for any orders that are damaged or lost as a result of an incorrect delivery address or incomplete information entered when placing an order. Please ensure that all your information is correct before placing an order.
If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, please get in touch as soon as you realise. Unfortunately we will not be able to amend any incorrect orders once the item has been sent.
If your parcel is returned to our studio we will notify you and you will have 30 days to reply. Not collecting your item from a depot will result in you not being eligible for a refund. We can ship you order back out to you, you will be responsible for the additional postage and any customs fees
