We are a tiny team of 2 and that means the chat box isn’t always monitored. We aim to watch and respond promptly Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (UK time) but this isn’t always possible. If you haven’t received an answer from us straight away, be sure to put your email in the contact section and I will be able to respond to you via email as soon as I can. The chatbox times aren’t fixed and I do often respond outside of these hours.
